Background
Over recent years nextstep has offered a variety of courses designed to teach the skills and knowledge required for people providing information, advice or guidance. This provision has now been transferred to our sister organisation CAST - Careers Advice Services and Training.
A range of short courses provides introductory skills in IAG and continuing professional development for frontline staff, advisers and guidance workers. IAG practitioners can also access our nationally accredited NOCN and NVQ qualifications offered at a number of different levels.
Additionally CAST offers a full career development service with the support of our qualified Career Coaches.
