The principal aim of nextstep LeicesterShire is to ensure that adults have access to good quality information, advice and guidance.
Our delivery team and network of subcontractors are well qualified and experienced, providing a tailored service meeting the individual needs of clients looking for further information on learning and work.
We continually seek to improve our service provision, working within the framework of the matrix Quality Standard for IAG, the national quality mark for the guidance sector. nextstep LeicesterShire has recently been re-accredited to the Standard.
We have also been assessed as a Grade 2 provider by Ofsted, the Adult Learning Inspectorate, against all criteria set - an exceptional achievement. This external verification underlines our outstanding commitment to client needs.
Consequently nextstep LeicesterShire is widely recognised both within the East Midlands and nationally as a provider of information, advice and guidance of the highest standard. Our IAG provision is built on a proactive, client-focused service that sets a benchmark for quality.
